CP13 and CP14 approved by the Management Board

On 5 May, the first two convergence projects of the EUIPO’s Strategic Plan 2025, CP13 – ‘Trade mark applications made in bad faith’ and CP14 – ‘Trade marks contrary to public policy or to accepted principles of morality’, were officially approved for launch through written procedure by the Management Board of the EUIPO.

The next step will be the invitation to all intellectual property offices of the EU and user associations to express their interest to participate in the respective Working Groups.

The CP13 and CP14 projects are part of the European Cooperation Projects – ECP4: Convergence of Practices.
